Our inception was driven by the need for reliable and ethical compliance solutions in New York City. Sabrina journey began during a challenging HPD lead paint compliance audit, where she struggled to find reliable inspection companies. Experiencing delayed reports and subpar testing that didn’t meet HPD standards.
Recognizing these issues, Sabrina established CompliNYC a boutique compliance firm dedicated to serving clients with integrity and excellence. Starting with lead paint testing, CompliNYC has expanded to offer a multitude of compliance inspections, providing comprehensive solutions to meet the diverse needs of property owners and managers.
